looking for something fun to do with the kids indoors due to weather?
It can be hard sometimes to find something fun to do with young kids. Especially when they need to get their energy out and the weather is not allowing you to get out side to the playground. Being a stay at home mom with two boys, we have a LOT of pent up energy.
So we like to get out of the house as much as possible to explore and get active.
Fun Run in Liberty, Missouri is an indoor playground with tons of room to run around, bounce and play. They have a few large inflatable bounce houses, an inflatable slide, climbing areas, regular slides, interactive play and a "town" with houses to explore. stairs and little kitchen sets. They also have eating areas, food to purchase, a stuffed animal shop and a few arcade games/claw machines. There is a little kid area, too, for babies to explore and have fun.
There is no time limit on play, and the last time we went, we were told that
we could leave for lunch and come back to play again.
Fun Run also does birthday parties. My oldest son had a party there and it was a lot of fun. They gave us a free return visit card where we could come back to play again for free. The food was actually pretty good and we were able to customize our food package.
The birthday child also gets a complimentary stuffed animal to choose.
